For each assets, please select "Provide Details" and supply the requested information. 

List all major possessions such as Furniture, Household Goods, and other Personal Property, i.e. Jewelry, Antiques, Collectibles, Artwork, Power Tools, etc, as directed by your attorney. Note that many attorneys will want you to group many of these personal property items into one item, such as, "Household Furntiture", rather than itemizing each piece of furniture separately.

Please list all of your retirement accounts, including your spouses. If you do not know if your spouse has a retirement account, then please list that in the comments, and we can send discovery to find out if it does exist.

Most of your debts are likely associated with one or another of your assets, such as mortgages on your real estate properties, home equity loans, and loans for your cars. These debts were already listed in the Assets section. This section only includes debts that are not secured by an asset, such as credit cards, loans from individuals with no asset as "collateral", "Signature Loans" from banks, store charge cards, and back taxes owed to the IRS. In the Asset sections we were looking for whether the asset was marital property or separate property, regardless of whose name the asset was titiled in.
